Companies launch unique global business development services for the SME market.
London, United Kingdom, and Singapore – August 27, 2015: The Wundaba Group Pte Ltd (TWG) and Lions & Tigers Ltd (L&T) today announced a first of its kind, go-to-market partnership to help small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) expand their operations into Southeast Asia. This strategic alliance brings together the complementary portfolio of services and network of partners of the two companies, and builds on their direct presence in the United Kingdom and Singapore.
As businesses seek new ways to grow their beyond their home markets, they increasingly look to Asia, and Southeast Asia in particular, for new opportunities. TWG and L&T will integrate their existing products and services in the region and develop an industry standard reference, providing SMEs with a blueprint for expansion in Southeast Asia.
The two companies will jointly deliver solutions to market internationally that focus on three key areas:
- Assess: together with selected technology partners, an online audit tool will be developed that assesses a company’s level of preparedness to expand abroad and highlights areas for improvement.
- Prepare: the moment a client is ready for expansion abroad, target markets for products and services are evaluated and go-to-market plans prepared.
- Execute: work as a trusted partner to execute the go-to-market plans and help setting up operations in the selected target markets.
