Melbourne, Australia and Singapore – February 12, 2015: Intelligent Travel and The Wundaba Group (TWG) today announced an exclusive partnership that teams the market-leading strengths of each company to further expand Intelligent Travel’s global presence.
As part of this agreement, TWG will develop and execute an international business development strategy for Intelligent Travel, with the aim to grow Intelligent Travel’s global footprint.

As part of the partnership Intelligent Travel and The Wundaba Group (TWG) also announced the launch of a new travel safety platform, travel safety solutions (www.travelsafetysolutions.com), which will revolutionize the way travel safety advice, support and tracking is provided by personalizing those services and charging them on a pay-per-use basis, for individuals travelling for either business or leisure.
The platform was launched recently at an Intelligent Travel event in Singapore, attended by a select group of clients and key players in the travel management industry. “We asked ourselves, if each traveller can select the seat of their choice, the meal of their choice, accrue frequent flyer miles and get detailed reviews and insights into their choice of accommodation, then why couldn’t you get the same degree of personalisation when it comes to travel health, safety, security and risk management. “By listening to our clients, we also realized that too many providers are asking clients to pay an annual fee in advance not taking into account the actual number of trips made. Clients are basically providing a micro-loan to the provider, which does not seem reasonable. Therefore, we have changed the way fees are charged to a pay-per-use basis to make travel safety advice available to much more organisations” added Frank Doreleijers, Principal Consultant of TWG.
Travel Safety Solutions (TSS) has been rolled out in Singapore as a start and will be launched in other key markets over the next 12 months.
